OVERVIEW Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft. Facility is situated in the Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit™ - the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US. POSITION SUMMARY Injection Operator performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of injection processes and responsible for day-to-day operations associated an array of Polyprolene injection equipment and its auxiliary equipment. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for overall preparation, setup, starting and running injection equipment. Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) to maintain quality standards Monitor production runs to ensure parts meet specifications Inspect finished products for defects, including flash, short shots, discoloration, and warping Perform minor machine troubleshooting and report major mechanical issues to maintenance Document production data, including quantities produced, scrap rates, and downtime Ability to perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval. Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations. Personal protective equipment is to be used where required. Performs visual and mechanical quality checks to ensure production meets quality standards. Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately. Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary. Understanding of computer systems such as Shotscope, Electirc80 etc… Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize through put. Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. Ability to work 12hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 223 schedule. Participation in and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required 2 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment. Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with food or beverage production is a plus. Fluency in English is a must, Spanish a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position is performed primarily in a manufacturing and production environment within a beverage manufacturing facility. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, automated and manual production equipment, wet or humid conditions, temperature variations, and moderate to high noise levels. Employees may be required to work on elevated work surfaces, platforms, ladders, or stairs, and in or around confined or restricted spaces in accordance with applicable safety procedures and training. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and must be worn at all times while on the production floor or in designated work areas, in accordance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, balance, push, pull, and use hands and arms to operate machinery, tools, and equipment. The role involves repetitive motions, sustained physical activity, and maintaining situational awareness in a dynamic production environment. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production demands. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
