Job Description Traveling Concrete Site ManagerLocation: 100% Travel Required – Projects located throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Virginia, and ArkansasEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Senior Project Manager / OwnershipCompensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually DOE + performance-based bonusPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Concrete Site Manager to oversee and manage field operations for large-scale industrial and civil concrete construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for supervising all on-site concrete activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete construction, including foundations, structural concrete, equipment pads, retaining walls, and heavy industrial site work. Candidates must be comfortable traveling full-time and working extended project rotations.Travel & Work Schedule100% travel required based on project assignmentsTypical schedule: 6 days per week / 10-hour shiftsStandard rotation: 28 days on / 8 days offCompany-paid travel and housing provided during assignmentsKey ResponsibilitiesManage all field operations related to concrete and civil construction activitiesSupervise crews, subcontractors, equipment operators, and field personnelCoordinate concrete pours, site preparation, formwork, rebar installation, and finishing operationsEnsure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standardsEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on all job sitesConduct daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reportingMonitor manpower, equipment usage, production rates, and material deliveriesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field issuesMaintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentationIdentify and mitigate project risks, delays, and safety concernsAssist with project planning, sequencing, and scheduling activitiesRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in concrete construction management or site supervisionStrong background in heavy civil, industrial, or structural concrete projectsExperience managing field crews and subcontractorsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in remote field environmentsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordWillingness and ability to travel full-timePreferred QualificationsExperience with industrial substation, energy, or infrastructure projectsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredOSHA 30 certificationExperience with scheduling software and daily reporting systemsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $120,000 – $135,000 DOEPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesCompany vehicle provided or rig check for approved personal truck useCompany-paid lodging and travel expensesCareer advancement opportunities within a growing organizationCompany DescriptionTalent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
