Implementation Manager

Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end Benchling implementations for biotech customers, from startups to large biopharma. You will combine your scientific background, project management, and product expertise to design solutions and drive deployments. You will collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to translate workflows into configurations, test plans, and onboarding. You help customers maximize value by applying Benchling Best Practices and guiding post-go-live expansion.
