Responsibilities Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training to recommend the best innovative overall pest solution for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads; we provide a robust advertising budget to support you. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can protect them. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and identify issues to address with customers. Make recommendations based on inspection findings, address questions, explain the process, and set expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training is provided.
