Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a strategic IT leader who can partner closely with business stakeholders to drive technology-enabled outcomes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning technical initiatives with organizational priorities to deliver measurable business value.In this role, you will act as a key interface between technology teams and functional business units, helping to translate complex needs into scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping IT strategy, guiding decision-making, and ensuring investments in technology support long-term growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with business leaders and act as a strategic partner in identifying and delivering technology solutions that address critical needsServe as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities, scope, and outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvementDefine and manage technology roadmaps that align with enterprise strategy and architectural standardsTranslate business requirements into actionable technical plans, including scope definition, cost estimates, timelines, and resource needsDrive execution of strategic initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring outcomes meet business objectives and deliver measurable valuePrioritize initiatives in partnership with leadership, balancing strategic goals, market factors, regulatory requirements, and resource constraintsOversee project lifecycles and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective deliveryIdentify risks, challenges, and opportunities proactively, recommending solutions and best practices to enhance performancePromote adherence to IT standards, governance, and security protocols across applications and infrastructureSupport demand and capacity planning efforts, along with performance tracking and reporting against key metricsQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree requiredAdvanced degree preferredExperience & Skills10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in business-facing or consulting rolesPrior leadership experience with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of healthcare industry data models and operating structuresExperience working within complex environments, including domains such as clinical systems, payment operations, and provider network managementDemonstrated ability to align business needs with technology strategy and manage a portfolio of initiativesStrong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with an enterprise-level perspectiveProven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience navigating regulatory requirements and integrating them into business and technology planningExcellent problem-solving skills with a track record of driving innovative solutionsAbility to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
