This role focuses on increasing fundraising revenue, restaurant engagement, customer participation, and community awareness through initiatives such as Round-Up for RMHC, product promotion campaigns, canister programs, special events, employee engagement, and in-store fundraising initiatives.This position serves as the primary relationship manager for local McDonald’s restaurants and works collaboratively with Owner/Operators, supervisors, restaurant managers, crew members, and RMHC leadership to maximize support for the mission of RMHC Augusta.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMcDonald’s Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with local McDonald’s Owner/Operators, restaurant leadership teams, and crew membersServe as the primary point of contact for McDonald’s fundraising and engagement initiativesConduct regular restaurant visits to provide support, encouragement, training, and recognitionAttend local McDonald’s meetings, events, and community activities as a representative of RMHC AugustaFoster positive communication and partnership between RMHC Augusta and the McDonald’s communityFundraising & Campaign Management Lead and grow Round-Up for RMHC participation and revenue across all local McDonald’s restaurantsDevelop strategies to increase customer engagement and crew participation in fundraising campaignsCoordinate and promote national and local RMHC product promotions and fundraising initiativesHelp establish fundraising benchmarks and recognition programs for restaurantsMaintain accurate fundraising records and restaurant engagement dataMonitor restaurant engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvementTraining & Restaurant SupportProvide training and educational materials to restaurant teams regarding RMHC mission impact and fundraising initiativesCreate and distribute campaign materials, signage, promotional resources, and engagement updatesRecognize outstanding stores, managers, and crew members through appreciation initiatives and awardsCommunity Engagement & EventsCoordinate McDonald’s participation in RMHC Augusta events and volunteer opportunitiesAssist with planning appreciation events, restaurant competitions, and engagement campaignsRepresent RMHC Augusta at restaurant openings, celebrations, and local community functionsOther DutiesParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational activitiesSupport a positive team culture aligned with RMHC valuesPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, hospitality, retail operations, sales, or relationship management preferredStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesHighly organized with strong time management and follow-throughComfortable engaging with restaurant teams in fast-paced environmentsAbility to motivate and inspire participation among diverse groupsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor/data tracking systemsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular local travelPhysical RequirementsFrequent local travel to McDonald’s restaurant locationsAbility to stand for extended periods during restaurant visits and eventsOccasional lifting up to 25 pounds for event and promotional materialsWork EnvironmentThis position operates in both office and restaurant environments and requires frequent interaction with McDonald’s Owner/Operators, restaurant staff, donors, volunteers, and community members.
