Basic QualificationsProgram Management experienceCapture / Proposal Management experienceExperience working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing programsJob DescriptionThe F-35 Maintenance Systems Development Program Management Associate Manager is responsible for management of cost, schedule, technical execution and performance reporting of the Maintenance Systems Software Releases under the Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This scope focuses on the transition of legacy Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) software to modernized ODIN architecture releases supporting the new F-35 Maintenance Systems software delivery strategy. Additionally, this role supports development of new ALIS/ODIN capabilities necessary to maintain air system alignment with the F-35 Maintenance System Market Segment. The program manager will also act as an internal/external stakeholder and supplier liaison (Aeronautics, JPO, and Vendors), coordinating meetings/reviews between those organizations and F-35 Maintenance Systems Program Management Office (PMO) . In this role the program manager will support day-to-day program execution, working closely with Supply Chain Management, Engineering Technical Leads, Functional Managers, Contract PMOs and Executive Leadership to ensure timely execution of program dependencies and milestones. This role will also manage internal program business rhythms coordinating across program finance, contracts, business operations, program planning, and control account managers (CAMs) reporting program execution/status to PMO Leadership.Desired SkillsKnowledge of F-35 Program including knowledge of fifth generation fighter programsBe willing and able to travel (both domestic and international) as required.Strong Communication and Presentation SkillsProven track record of supporting large and complex systems development programsProgram Management experience with DevSecOps and Agile developmentProven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacyExperience working with international and military customersActive Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 yearsOther Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
