Business Relationship Manager
This role is a key Client facing role. This is the single point of contact for the customer from TCS for an account(s). The role requires thorough understanding of customers' business needs, TCS applicable solutions, knowledge of commercials, strong project management and risk management skills.
Responsibilities
Sales and Delivery Responsibility for accounts
Driving profitable growth for the account
Developing relationships with the stakeholders at all levels
Understanding Client business drivers and positioning TCS as an ideal partner for transformational programs.
Proactive shape deals and help increase the market share
Work with TCS ecosystem (Delivery, Practice, Service lines and partners) to help increase our wallet share of the spend and build deeper engagements with the client
Meet Revenue and Order Book and Margin targets
Winning proposal creation and prestation skills
Account planning and proactive pursuits
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting/IT Outsourcing company with a successful track record of growing book of business.
A good understanding of the banking/finance industry and having a track record of growing a book of business.
Capital Markets industry experience would be desirable.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of IT products, services, and trends.
Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Salary Range: 110,500-171,400 a year
