This position is in person and located in Fairfax, VA.Job DutiesAs a Personal Injury Paralegal, you'll play a key role in moving cases forward and supporting our attorneys from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals Opening and closing cases in our case management system Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, demand letters, discovery, and correspondence Preparing demand packages for attorney review Organizing case filesReviewing medical records and bills for accuracy and coordinating follow-ups Filing pleadings with court clerks Conducting legal research and investigating case facts Supporting attorneys with case strategy and preparation This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines will make a real impact.
