Company DescriptionCommercial Fire Alarm Company Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Elk Grove, CA, for a Fire Alarm Technician. The primary responsibilities include installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm and life safety systems as per regulatory standards. The technician will perform system troubleshooting, testing, and provide customer service by addressing concerns or issues. Coordinating with team members and ensuring proper documentation of work will also be essential aspects of this role.QualificationsExperience and expertise in Low Voltage Engineering and Alarm SystemsStrong Troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of Life Safety systemsExcellent Customer Service skills and ability to interact professionally with clientsRelevant certifications such as NICET or equivalent are preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and/or schematicsProficiency in using diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipmentAbility to adhere to safety regulations and work in compliance with industry standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
