The Groomer will be responsible for performing a variety of grooming tasks, including bathing, trimming, cutting, and styling pets according to their specific needs and owner's preferences. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe grooming environment, ensuring the welfare and comfort of animals, and communicating with pet owners to provide updates and advice. The Groomer will also manage grooming tools and supplies, ensuring they are properly cleaned and maintained.QualificationsProfessional grooming skills, including bathing, trimming, cutting, and styling of various dog and cat breedsMust be comfortable driving a large vehicle (mobile unit)Knowledge of animal handling, behavior, and health care to ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessionsCustomer service and communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and address their needsAbility to maintain a clean and organized grooming area and care for tools and suppliesAbility to lift and handle pets of various sizes, however the table is hydraulicPrevious professional grooming experience is required.
