As a Staff Software Engineer at PathAI, you will shape the AISight platform by setting technical direction across the stack and leading cross-team initiatives. You’ll own major architectural areas, balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability, and keep code quality, testing, observability, security, and performance at the forefront. You’ll work with product, ML, infrastructure, QA, and regulatory teams to deliver reliable, compliant software for pathology labs and clinicians. You’ll be a technical leader who communicates clearly with customers and stakeholders, driving a高ResponsibilitiesSet technical direction for the AISight platform and architecture Lead complex, multi-team initiatives from definition to production Write and review technical designs; identify risks and tradeoffs Stay hands-on with production code on critical system areas Uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, security and performance Collaborate with product, design, ML, infrastructure, QA and regulatory teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and shape hiring/onboarding Represent engineering in conversations with customers, partners, and stakeholders
