Lead .NET/React Developer

We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .Net Full Stack applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.Develop clean and scalable code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold code quality.
