Inside Sales Representative
Position Overview:Cellgate is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our Business Development team. This role focuses on BDM support and customer relations, and follow-up to drive growth and expand our customer base in the access control and security technology sector.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leadsFollow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.Collaborate with Business Development Managers to schedule meetings and demos.Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead conversion and outreach.Provide timely feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Salesforce a plus,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.Familiarity with access control, security systems, or technology sales is a plus.Benefits:Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
