Truck Auto Mechanic

Classification: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $20.50 p/hrDate: November 2025We are seeking an experienced Truck Auto Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks on our fleet of trucks.Essential Functions.Keep detailed records of all purchases repairs and maintenance performed.Requisition parts, materials, and equipment as needed.Key duties include performing routine maintenance like oil changes, usingdiagnostic tools to find and fix problems, replacing faulty parts, and performingrepairs according to safety standards.Keep tools, equipment, and the work area clean and organized.Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance, such as changing oil,checking fluid levels, and lubricating components.Proven ability to diagnose, service and repair mechanical or technical problemseffectively.Skills and QualificationsMust speak & read EnglishMust have good knowledge of automobiles & trucksMust have your own set of small toolsExperience as a truck mechanicStrong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic componentsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical ability to lift/carry 50lbs plus3-4 years experience as mechanic or maintenance helperMust be able to work outside in all weather conditionsMust have valid drivers licenseMust have flexible work schedule (AM/PM/ON-Holidays Weekends)Must be able to acquire airport access.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has non-supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a workshop setting with some outdoor tasks. Exposure to noise from machinery and tools.
