We’re looking for a talented individual to join the FBM Integration Directorate under the Strategic & Advance Inventory Planning Team! Our Strategic Analyst and Hardware Planner provide timely risk-based foresight to program requirements, forecasting inventory needs to ensure operational execution and no empty tubes. We support the entire life cycle of the program from development through production and sustainment to final inactivation.What does this role look like?Leads hardware integration, coordinating engineering, facilities, program office, quality and subcontractors to share information, validate requirements, analyst risks, address concerns and provide hardware status updates.Performs long range planning forecasts and analyzes assets positions to mitigate future roadblocks and issues to execution of program requirements.Ensures real time inventory visibility by continuously monitoring on hand stock, forecasting demand and tracking usage trends.Reads and interprets engineering drawings and parts lists to determine part requirements and supportability.Determines supportability and authorizes inventory reallocations, material transfers and replenishments, and downgrades.Manages Customer Furnished Material Kits to support supplier production lines.Coordinates with Government Customer counterparts (SPF60, SPF20, SP2741).Frequently utilizes multiple software tools and data reports to manipulate, track, and summarize the program health and execution performance.Working closely within a team that values positivity, curiosity, and enthusiasm.Communicates and presents information to all levels of peers, leaders, and customers to share and advocate for our program recommendations.Desired SkillsTo be effective, ideally, you should also have: FBM Experience Proficiency in SAP Active DOD Secret security clearance Ability to read and interpret drawings Ability to self-initiate research and review of internal reference material Tableau Familiarity Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment Ability to work under tight deadlines, to handle multiple projects at once, to prioritize tasks, and efficiently manage your workload Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and customersOther Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
