Escrow Officer El Paso, TX $68,000 - $102,000 / per year Full time Job Description Escrow OfficerSalary: $68,578 $102,856 annually Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Location: On sitePosition Summary We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer with a strong background in title and closing services. Candidates must have 57 years of experience in title, escrow, and closing operations. A current Escrow Officer license is preferred; however, candidates may obtain their license within 6 months of employment. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer the full closing process Explain closing procedures and documentation to all parties involved Collect necessary signatures and ensure all completed documents are delivered to the appropriate parties Collaborate closely with Title and Closing personnel to coordinate required closing documents Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance throughout the closing transaction Minimum Requirements 57 years of title and closing services experience Licensed Escrow Officer preferred If not licensed, must be able to obtain Escrow Officer license within 6 months Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
