IntroductionThis position will support the Inventory Solutions technology team with the discovery, development, delivery, and maintenance of the Vehicle Locator Plus application. The candidate will be responsible for solving dealer inventory issues and driving technical direction of new inventory features. The candidate must communicate and work well in a team atmosphere to deliver quality solutions to complex business needs. The candidate needs to be able to support all aspects of the project lifecycle, including Behavior Driven Design and post-production support.Required Skills & QualificationsAbility to self-manage and prioritize work schedule per business needsStrong communication, facilitation, and vendor management skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of project management methodologiesUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or ScrumPrior work experience in the automotive industry, especially in dealer-facing rolesApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding/experience with Dealer Inventory SystemsExperience with cloud data platforms such as AzureStrong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insightsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage small feature requests within an Agile solution delivery processAuthor, maintain, and manage technical product requirementsProvide user-level technical support of implemented productsDocument discovery of necessary efforts, identify and monitor project risksTroubleshoot and own project issues from start to completionCreate, modify, and update training materialsFor immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
