*Job Description* Vivo Ristorante is a modern, fast-paced Italian restaurant located in North Raleigh. We are currently hiring servers who can create a great experience for our guests from start to finish. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in a guest-facing restaurant role and a strong desire to provide warm, attentive service. *RESPONSIBILITIES* Our servers staff are responsible for providing excellent food & drink service and creating a welcoming experience for all guests. We’re looking for serveres who bring a positive attitude and work well with others. In this role, you will: * Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth * Take accurate orders and input them efficiently into the POS system * Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management * Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house * Assist with seating, answering phones, and preparing takeout orders * Perform shared closing duties such as rolling silverware, sweeping, mopping, and restocking stations *REQUIREMENTS* * One year of restaurant experience (serving, hosting, bussing, or takeout) * Familiarity with POS systems * Strong communication and multitasking skills * Available for lunches and dinners * Available both weekdays and weekends * Sunday availability required * Willingness to work holidays * Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 25 pounds * Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive * Reliable transportation and phone access *BENEFITS* * 50% off shift meals, free meals for double shifts * Supportive team environment with opportunity to grow *Job Types:* Full-time, Part-time *Shift Availability:* * Day shift * Night shift *Work Location:* In person – Raleigh, NC Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
