You will focus on planning, coordinating, and monitoring large-scale scope and budget projects. Previous experience with client-facing projects that span multiple business units or functional areas is deeply valuable.What You Will DoProvide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholdersDefine the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timelineIdentify and communicate dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing controlDefine governance, outline roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and critical issue pathsEnsure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to expected outcomesActively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycleFacilitate alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectivesWhat You Will Need To HaveBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience7+ years of project management experience in driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment5+ years of experience utilizing Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point6+ years of relevant consulting experienceAbility to travel up to 25% within the United StatesWhat Would Be Great To Have5+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, and/or software industries5+ years of experience within a Professional Services departmentProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationHow You’ll WorkThis role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.SponsorshipYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
