Interventional Nephrologist

Starling Physicians Starling Physicians has a current opening for a Board Certified Interventional Nephrologist. Join a robust nephrology division supported by two experienced Interventional Nephrologists. Work alongside 20 total nephrology providers, including physicians and advanced practice clinicians, and participate in care across 15+ dialysis units with well‑organized rounding schedules, strong operational support, state‑of‑the‑art interventional facilities, and a dedicated procedural team. The environment is integrated multispecialty with seamless referrals and a shared EMR. Responsibilities Perform interventional nephrology procedures (e.g., vascular access management, fistulograms, thrombectomies, catheter placements) Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care Participate in dialysis rounding across assigned units Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Contribute to quality initiatives and program development Requirements Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Nephrology Fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology preferred Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before beginning practice Strong communication skills and a commitment to team‑based care Benefits Participation in VillageMD’s benefit platform includes Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Vision, FSA coverages and a 401(k) savings plan.
