Role Description We are seeking highly motivated BIPOC LMSW,MHC-LP, and MFT LCSW LMFT and LMHC's to join our thriving small private practice as a fee-for-service clinician. NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME! If you are a BIPOC-identified therapist who is passionate about social justice, healing intergenerational trauma, and creating affirming spaces for clients of color, we’d love to meet you.We are dedicated to helping clients overcome the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential and living the life they long for. These include anxiety, depression, relationship distress, self-esteem, trauma and career frustrations. We work remotely with individuals, couples, and families !This position allows you to work from home and hours are flexible. You can make your own schedule with a minimum 15 hrs commitment. Evening/weekend* -availability preferred.Weekly supervision and ongoing continuing education trainings are available. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related mental health fieldHolds a valid clinical license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) OR is actively working toward licensure under supervisionStrong alignment with anti-oppressive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care modelsPersonal and/or professional experience working with BIPOC communities, immigrants, or other marginalized populationsComfortable working independently in a remote/telehealth setting, including managing time and documentationTech-savvy and familiar with telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, Zoom) and electronic health recordsAvailability to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week. Weekend and/or evening requiredExcellent communication, organization, and clinical documentation skillsDemonstrated ability to hold space for clients navigating racial, cultural, intergenerational, or systemic stressorsBilingual or multilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to applyLGBTQIA+ affirming, justice-driven, and committed to equity in mental health
