Using real-time overhead RFID technology, the platform increases inventory accuracy up to 99%, doubles staff productivity, and enables an engaging, seamless in-store experience.Job SummaryThe Associate Director/Director – Solution Implementation Lead is responsible for leading large-scale, enterprise warehouse automation solution implementation across the United States. Owns end-to-end solution execution from design validation through Go-Live and stabilization, ensuring seamless integration between GreyOrange AI software, robotic systems and customer enterprise systems (WMS/ERP). The position combines strategic delivery leadership, technical oversight, and internal and external executive stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery LeadershipOversee all stages of the implementation cycle, from post-SW delivery, rollout to final system go-live, ensuring that automation systems meet customer needs, expectations, and business goals.Drive execution across Solution Architects, Implementation Engineers, PMO, and customer teams.Ensure alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.Provide executive-level reporting and risk mitigation strategies.Solution & Technical OversightOversee integration between GreyMatter, robotic agents, WMS/WES/WCS, and other enterprise systems.Understands and governs FSD/ISD reviews with solution architects, product and Engineering, integration teams, solution engineering and other necessary teams ensuring solution design intent translates into operational excellence for the customer.Lead SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover strategy for high-volume fulfillment centers.During each stage of the customer facing testing, leads and plans the day with the customer on the scope and testing methodology.Should have understanding of the description of operations and accordingly plans the testing phase with the customer.Should have the capacity and understanding to run KPI dashboards, inventory reports, tally data sets, payloads at integration layer, message and notification exchanges.Drive resolution of complex cross-functional technical escalations.Go-Live & Operational ExcellenceLead Go-Live command center and hypercare phases ensuring throughput and KPI stabilization.Monitor system performance including UPH, latency, robot utilization, and peak readiness.Ensure smooth transition to customer success and long-term support teams.Maintains, tracks, and drives to closure issue tracker of customer with GO cross functional times.Ability to drive operations, automation engineering, product managers for end to end testing and final acceptance test.Identify potential risks or blockers in the post-UAT phase and develop proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure that all risks (technical, operational, or customer-related) are addressed quickly and effectively, minimizing impact on the overall implementation timeline.Support customers in navigating the post-UAT change management process, ensuring they are equipped to handle new workflows, systems, and technologies. Capture feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve the implementation process for future programs.Strategic & Organizational LeadershipAct as senior advisor to CIOs, COOs, and Supply Chain leadership.Develop scalable implementation playbooks and governance frameworks.Mentor and develop high-performing delivery and implementation teams.Support pre-sales with solution validation and implementation strategy inputs.Required Skills & Experience12–15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, warehouse automation, or supply chain systems.Strong experience with WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle).
