Area Sales Manager North-West Italy
Position PurposeThe Area Sales Manager ensures the achievement of commercial, operational, and organizational objectives within a specific geographic area or group of stores/branches, coordinating resources and ensuring the implementation of company strategies.ResponsibilitiesLeading sales and business development in the designated region.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Preparing and delivering product presentations.Achieving sales targets.Collaborating with the technical team to deliver standard solutions and exceptional customer service.RequirementsStrong sales and business development skills.Customer relationship management, negotiation, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Technical knowledge of HMI, control systems, or industrial IoT.Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions.Experience developing growth strategies and identifying market opportunities.Fluency in Italian and English.Availability to travel to the Northwest Italy region as needed for client meetings and business development.Proficiency in CRM and sales tools to monitor performance and accurately maintain customer information.Residence in the relevant area, i.e., Northwest Italy.Additional Skills And KnowledgeA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing technology.Knowledge of additional foreign languages.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Work Location: Full RemoteWork Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
