Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Keyholder position located in Newport, RI. The Keyholder will assist with store operations, ensuring smooth daily management. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, providing exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, sharing product knowledge, and supporting an elevated customer experience. Additional duties may involve maintaining store appearance, inventory organization, training team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Qualifications Strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skillsProficiency in delivering an excellent Customer Experience and resolving customer concerns effectivelyKnowledge of product features and ability to communicate these attributes to customersExceptional Communication skills, both verbal and interpersonalAbility to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative as a leaderPrevious experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification
