Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of integrated software solutions and ERP-based processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion, SQL/PLSQL, and multi-cloud REST/SOAP integrations. You’ll mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure solutions align with business goals. You’ll work on end-to-end O2C and Procure-to-Pay lifecycles, inventory management, and cloud integrations that enable scalable, high-performing systems. ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for solution design and implementation within time and budget constraintsDevelop software using SQL and PL/SQLDesign, implement, and optimize Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB databasesWork with ERP systems including Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and Supply Chain applicationsDesign End-to-End O2C (Order To Cash) processes and configure Procure to Pay lifecycles using Oracle FusionPerform inventory management processes (procurement, issuances, capitalization, warehouse management, cost accounting)Deploy REST APIs in multi-cloud environmentsDesign and implement SOAP, XML, REST, and JSON web services using Xquery, XSLT, and XSDDesign and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise apps (3PL, Oracle Integration Cloud, RESTful/SOAP)Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions align with objectives and best practicesProvide direction and mentorship to project teams and influence key decisionsSupport business by identifying new opportunities and extensionsCollaborate with the onsite team to provide domain expertiseResolve complex business issues with effective solutionsGuide and mentor junior engineersPosition is eligible for remote work one or more days per weekwhich areas: solution architecture, integrations, ERP, cloud services Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQLexperience designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle and MongoDB databasesexperience with ERP systems including Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and SCM3 years designing End-to-End O2C1 year deploying REST APIs in multi-cloud environmentsexperience designing and implementing SOAP, XML, REST, and JSON web services using Xquery, XSLT, XSDLeadership and mentorshipCollaboration and cross-functional teamworkInfluence and decision-makingERP Systems (Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and SCM)PL/SQLXML Schema Definition (XSD)
