The RoleAs Business Systems Administrator, you will administer and optimize our Hubspot instance. You will be the go-to expert for Hubspot ensuring it is well-configured, well-integrated, and effectively adopted across teams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the heart of Sales, People, and Finance operations.?? Your ResponsibilitiesSystems Administration & OwnershipOwn day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot.Maintain data integrity, user access, workflows, and integrations with HubSpot.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and support escalations.Partner with Operational stakeholders to map business processes to system capabilities.Document configurations, workflows, and training materials as needed.Reporting & Data QualityClean and organize data (historical and current/future) in HubSpot.Define and enforce data governance standards across HubSpot.Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.Stakeholder EnablementTrain and support end-users across teams on system usage and best practices.Gather business requirements and translate them into HubSpot configurations.Act as a bridge between business teams and technical resources.?? Who You'll Work WithYou will report to the Director of Revenue and Finance Operations. You will work closely with the VP of Strategy, Revenue Ops and IT Ops.?? Profile We're Looking For3–5+ years of experience in a Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Systems Administrator roleHands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM administration, workflows, pipelines, reporting)Experience with another core tool (HRIS or ERP) is a plus.Strong attention to data quality and process designAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurityComfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots, etc.) to improve workflows and productivityComfortable working in a remote, async-first environmentAutonomy, ownership, and team spiritExcellent communication skills — you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice-versaFluent in English??
