A company is looking for a Plan Analyst to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and implements system setup in accordance with plan document descriptions
Ensures plan language conforms to the group's intent and interprets plan document language for various departments
Receives and resolves internal inquiries regarding plan document language and provides quality assurance through collaboration and feedback
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of Claims Examiner and/or plan building experience required
Familiarity with VBA, Javelina, and/or GBAS system preferred
Experience in customer service and training new employees is advantageous
