Coding Quality Educator - Physicians Billing

DescriptionSMG is seeking a highly qualified Coding Quality Educator to support the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of physician billing operations. This role requires a professional with exceptional coding proficiency and strong presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering clear, structured, and engaging education to diverse clinical and administrative audiences. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted expert who can translate complex coding requirements into accessible, actionable guidance.Coding Quality Educator will assist with clinician/coder training and ongoing department education as well as assist with the identification, development and delivery of new and ongoing clinician education and training related to coding and clinical documentation improvement opportunities. In addition, the role may conduct independent and collaborative clinician/coder reviews/audits and provide documentation to support the coding review work performed and educate based on findings.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
