Job Description Salary:Program AnalystPosition OverviewThe Program Analyst will support LBVAHCS project and space management efforts by turning program data into useful analysis, reports, charts, and planning tools. This role will help the VA make informed decisions by maintaining accurate project information, supporting site surveys and data collection, and preparing clear visual and written products for leadership and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data analysis, research, reporting, and database/spreadsheet organizationDevelop charts, visual presentations, tracking tools, dashboards, and project reportsSupport space management, project planning, patient projection research, and meeting preparationAssist with GIS/CAD-related support, site surveys, space moves, and compliance reviewsCoordinate with the Program Manager, project teams, and VA stakeholders to maintain accurate project dataQualifications and ExperienceBachelors degreeMinimum 2 years of data analytics experienceMinimum 1 year of project management experienceRequired SkillsData analysis, Excel/spreadsheets, reporting, presentation development, and database organizationStrong research, analytical thinking, and project coordination skillsAbility to convert data into clear decision-support materialsCertification RequirementNone requiredClearance RequirementVA background investigation / Public TrustSalary RangeTo be discussed
