Associate - Construction Litigation

Overview In this role you will support a two-partner construction litigation team handling complex, large-dollar disputes. You will be based in Orlando or Tampa and will work closely with Board Certified construction partners to manage cases, prepare for hearings, and interact with clients. You will engage in courtroom work, including hearings and depositions, and gain meaningful trial exposure in a collaborative, organized environment. This is an in-office opportunity that offers responsibility, client contact, and ongoing litigation experience within a dynamic practice.
