Development Engineer

Overview In this role you will design and optimize DER and microgrid systems, collaborating with business development, execution, and commercial teams to deliver technically sound, cost-effective solutions. You will work on interconnection processes, switchgear interfaces, and system controls to enhance reliability and sustainability for customer sites. The position combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional coordination in a fast-growing, PE-minded environment. You will contribute to scalable templates and processes to drive continuous improvement and customer value.
