We’re currently seeking a Car Wash Associate As a Car Wash Associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work with an amazing team in a fun environment while rotating among different areas throughout the day. Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. Create “Wow” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel. Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness. Follow all Brads Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations. WHAT YOU NEED: An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills. The ability to connect with customers. Attention to detail and pride in your work. High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
