Outreach Specialist - PACE Enrollment

Job description: Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve monthly enrollment metric goals with MOE Director Provide education regarding WelbeHealth's services to community referral sources Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred (within service area preferred; outside sales experience preferred) Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc. Fluency in Spanish required Why is This a Great Opportunity: Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve monthly enrollment metric goals with MOE Director Provide education regarding WelbeHealth's services to community referral sources Salary Type : Annual Salary Salary Min : $ 75000 Salary Max : $ 75000 Currency Type : USD
