Technical Support & Implementation Specialist

We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to join our team in 2025. This role is critical in onboarding new customers, configuring accounts, providing training, and ensuring ongoing customer success. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients, including account configuration and fleet management system setup Deliver customer training on hardware, software, and connected solutions Provide technical support via phone, email, and online sessions Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively Maintain positive client relationships and ensure account retention and growth Assist with shipping, light product handling (25 lbs or less), and logistics as needed Document all customer interactions and updates in Zoho CRM Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ years in a technical support, SaaS, or customer success role Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM experience required (Zoho CRM experience a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bi-lingual is a plus) Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail Background in technology, wireless, or fleet management solutions preferred What We Offer Competitive Pay: $50,000 base salary + bonus opportunities Full Benefits: Health insurance (100% paid by company for employee) Supplemental health coverage (100% paid by company for employee) Optional dental coverage for employee and family Paid Time Off: 20 days (includes holidays) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with one on-call evening per week) Growth Opportunity: Be part of a dynamic, growing team in a high-demand industry How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume to jobs@traxxisgps.com.
