Sales Representative – Multiple Opportunities
Position Overview
NEPA Wholesale is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support our growing retail network in the vape, tobacco, and alternative products industry.
We currently have multiple sales opportunities available in this location. These roles focus on building strong relationships with retail customers, increasing product visibility, and driving sales growth.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include inside sales, territory sales, retail store visits, merchandising support, or promotional activities.

Available Opportunities
Inside Sales Representative
Responsible for contacting retail businesses by phone and email, introducing products, following up on leads, building new accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Territory / Travel Sales Representative
Responsible for developing new retail accounts and maintaining strong relationships with customers across assigned territories through regular store visits and account management.
Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative
Responsible for visiting retail locations to maintain product displays, ensure proper product placement, support promotions, and monitor product visibility and inventory levels.
Brand Ambassador / Field Sales Representative
Responsible for representing products at retail locations, promotional events, and product activations while engaging with customers and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
Introduce new products, pricing, and promotions to retail partners
Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
Maintain product visibility and merchandising standards in retail locations
Monitor inventory levels and report store feedback
Track customer feedback and competitor activity
Meet sales goals and performance targets
Travel Requirements
All sales positions may require travel depending on the role and business needs.
Travel responsibilities may include:
Visiting retail stores and customer locations
Territory sales and account development
Supporting in-store promotions and product launches
Attending industry trade shows and company events in different states
Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities
Travel frequency varies by position. Some roles involve local travel, while others may require regional or occasional out-of-state travel.
Industry Experience (Required)
Experience working with vape shops, smoke shops, convenience stores, or retail distribution businesses is strongly preferred.
Candidates who already understand vape, tobacco, CBD, or alternative products sales channels will be highly considered.
Candidates with existing relationships with retail smoke shops or vape stores are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
Sales experience preferred (retail, beverage, vape, tobacco, or distribution industry strongly preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage accounts or territory
Comfortable visiting multiple retail locations and traveling as required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
