Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base by selling IT products and services. This is a commission-only position with high earning potential for driven individuals who excel in a performance-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a knack for building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new leads through outbound telephone calls, networking, and research.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our IT products and services.
Event Hosting: Plan and host in-person events with a featured vendor technical speaker to engage prospects, educate them on industry trends, and promote our services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM, track progress, and forecast sales to achieve targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, products, and services offered by our company and our competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT services industry or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by commission-based earnings.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Experience in hosting events or webinars and presenting to diverse audiences is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
Ability to travel for in-person events as required.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000 or more, depending on performance.
Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on exceeding sales targets.
