Summary:Senior-level professional and technical leader managing complex labor and employee relations mattersProvides strategic guidance across the organization and leads high-level negotiations with unionsOperates with a high degree of autonomy, advising leadership on risk, compliance, and labor strategiesRepresents the organization in system-wide negotiations and legal proceedingsResponsibilities:Leading complex labor relations strategy and advisoryActing as a primary negotiator with unions and leading bargaining sessionsManaging grievances, arbitrations, and dispute resolutionsInterpreting labor agreements and ensuring compliance with lawsConducting training and mentoring junior team membersPartnering with leadership on high-risk and sensitive employee relations mattersRequirements:Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience)Minimum 6 years of experience in labor/employee relationsAdvanced knowledge of labor laws, negotiations, and dispute resolutionStrong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
