We are looking for a hands‑on, cross‑functional Account Manager to own the full client experience: from onboarding and support to CRM automation, content, and product feedback.You’ll be the connective tissue between our clients, our platform, and our team.What You’ll OwnClient relationships end‑to‑end: onboarding, support, account reviews, and retentionSupport infrastructure: ticketing, inbox, forms, and lab POC (HubSpot Help Desk)CRM & marketing automations: Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, HubSpot, MailChimp, SendGridKnowledge base & help content: practice‑, patient‑, and lab‑facing articles and video walkthroughsOnboarding systems: checklists, kickoff decks, 30‑day plans, and journey mappingAccount health tracking: KPI docs, health scores, and practice‑specific playbooksProduct feedback loop: feature request docs, bug tracking, and sprint cycle testingResources & guides: scripting guides, FAQ docs, SMS/email templates, Canva brand assetsProcess documentation: SOPs, landing pages, blog posts, and website content updatesHow Success Is Measured2 new practice launches per month100% of new practices place their first order within 14 days of go‑liveNew practices reach 50+ arches within their first 60 daysRequired QualificationsExperience in orthodontics or dental, clinical or operational (Treatment Coordinator, Practice Manager, or Implementation Specialist background a strong plus)Background in client success, operations, CRM management, or marketing automationStrong written communication skills and comfort creating client‑facing contentA process‑driven mindset: you build systems from scratch and document them clearlyComfort wearing many hats: support ticket one hour, account review presentation the nextCompensation
