Data Center Operations Program Manager

Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end mission-critical programs that scale and secure CoreWeave’s global data-center infrastructure. You’ll own the DC Ops roadmap, ensure timely milestones, and remove bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness. You’ll provide data-driven program health updates to leadership and partners, and establish global SOPs to drive consistency. You’ll proactively mitigate risks to sustain operational efficiency and project momentum, balancing hands-on work with portfolio-level coordination.
