Cardiac Surgeon Opening in Orange County, California Sign-On Bonus $300,000 Kaiser Permanente - Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking a Cardiac Surgeon to join us in Anaheim, CA. Position Highlights Primary responsibilities include 5 day/week operation + every other day call (this is a non-STEMI center currently), daily rounds and peri-operative management of adult cardiac surgery patients This is a new cardiac surgical program. Rapid growth is expected. Cardiac surgery has two exclusive OR rooms Volume: Perform 1 surgery/day in the first year with expectation of growth to 2 surgeries/day Anesthesia and nursing team dedicated to cardiac surgery Self-contained ICU with 24-hour in-house intensivist staff Departmental step-down beds attended by our own physician assistants Qualifications Qualified candidates must have a completed ACGME-accredited cardiothoracic surgery training program and be board certified in cardiothoracic surgery Candidates must possess a strong clinical background and the ability to independently perform adult cardiac surgery Why Choose SCPMG? Salary range for full-time openings is $650,375.00 - $980,955.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $184,860.00.
