This role is responsible for calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, Board support, presentation refinement, and day-to-day executive assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and excellent judgment.What We OfferThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to the effectiveness of the CEO office. It is an excellent opportunity for a polished administrative professional who enjoys managing priorities, supporting strategic communication, and working in a dynamic environment.Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflictsCoordinate Board and committee meeting scheduling, materials distribution, and follow-up as neededRefine, format, and prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communicationsDraft, edit, and organize correspondence, memos, and other materials for the CEOTrack action items, deadlines, and follow-through on CEO and Board-related prioritiesCoordinate meeting logistics and ensure materials are prepared and distributed in a timely mannerServe as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all mattersSupport special administrative and project-based tasks for the CEO office as neededProcure and maintain adequate levels of office supplies and breakroom provisions, ensuring a well-stocked and functional work environmentRequirements/Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; preference for someone who has supported a CEO or other C-suite levelStrong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing prioritiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordStrong presentation formatting and document preparation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through on commitmentsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and judgmentExperience supporting Board meetings or executive leadership teamsExperience in a public company or similarly structured environment preferredFamiliarity with corporate governance processes or public company operations preferredBenefits available to Regular Full Time Employees401K MatchESPPLife & Disability InsuranceVacation and Sick LeaveFlexible hoursCompensationThis position is full time and non-exempt with US base compensation range of $36.06/hour to $43.27/hour (if annualized $75,000 - $90,000) + target annual bonus.Our compensation ranges are determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant education, experience and training.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations and varies by the location of the position.
