*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, concrete finishing, and fixture installation. Knowledge of color theory and construction estimating is a plus. *Responsibilities* - Perform painting duties including surface preparation, mixing paints, and applying finishes - Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for efficient painting - Conduct caulking and concrete finishing as needed - Assist with fixture installation and minor remodeling tasks - Maintain a clean and organized work environment *Requirements* - Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations - Experience in residential painting and construction projects - Ability to weld is a plus - Knowledge of color theory for proper color selection - Familiarity with caulking techniques - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Schedule: Day shift No nights Weekends as needed Year round work Application Question(s): Do you have a reliable vehicle?
