The Fulfillment and returns Specialist is responsible for the packing and presentation of all orders including accurate scanning and vetting processes of Equipment. Responsibilities include the management of physical inventory, management systems, database management, forecasting, requisitioning of internal and external controls and auditing with the objective of maximizing record accuracy and traceability.Our Leadership PrinciplesGrowth Mindset: We set high standards, embrace failure, and are open to change.Be Customer-Centered: We focus on the end-to-end customer experience.Take Ownership & Dig Deeper: We are proactive, use data, and avoid shortcuts.Think Like a Start-Up: We move fast, stay flexible, and celebrate every win.Be Humble & Respectful: We assume positive intent, listen actively, and support one another.What You'll DoScanning of all gear associated with order into our rental system.Adhere to company standards of safely packing of gear in a safe and presentable package.Packing and cataloguing of all sub-rental items associated with order.Vetting of equipment condition and barcodes to ensure accurate inventory and system functionality.Lend support to sales and floor staff in expediting packing of orders.Communicate with QC Dept. regarding status of gear status.Provide prompt and effective communication to support ARC’s sales, Customer Service (Front Counter) and inventory staff in expediting packing of orders & inventory transfers and other dept.-related inquiries.Work with the inventory dept. to ensure inventory discrepancies in order fulfillment are rectified by identifying and addressing issuesEnsure accurate scanning “IN” of all gear.Proper protocols for missing, lost or damaged gear.Develop and train new skill sets by receiving training in equipment, floor and inventory depts. To support company needs and personal development.Additional responsibilities may be determined by management and assigned to meet our business needs.Maintains a high quality of service standards set by Adorama Rental Co.What Will Help You ThriveWorking knowledge and experience with digital cameras, lenses and AKSUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experiencePrior rental house or Production experience a plusMeticulous attention to detail a mustAbility to multi-task and prioritize / rapidly re-prioritize with the shifting needs of the dayExcellent communication skills a must (written & verbal)Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlinesEagerness to keep abreast of the latest technologyPerformance Factors:Gear is ready and packed on time for client pick upEnsure all gear is accounted for safely packed to our standardsReady to Join Our Team of Creators?
