This includes managing advisors, technicians, porters, detailers, and administrative support staff.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead daily service operations, including advisor performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfactionHire, train, and develop all service department staffMonitor RO flow, dispatch, and technician efficiencyEnsure repairs are completed properly and on timeHandle customer escalations and follow up on CSI issuesWork with the Parts Manager to reduce downtime and support productionTrack departmental performance including revenue, gross profit, and expensesCollaborate with other departments to improve internal communication and workflowConduct weekly team meetings and participate in leadership meetingsMaintain manufacturer and company compliance requirementsBuild and maintain a culture of quality, consistency, and high standardsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required35 years of dealership service management experienceStrong customer service and team building skillsExperience with dealership DMS systems and service scheduling softwareWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and strong work ethicStrong problem solving, communication, and multitasking abilityWorking Conditions:The position requires working both indoors and outdoors in a dealership shop environmentMust be able to work full time, including weekends when necessaryIf you're serious about running a productive service department, building a strong team, and being part of a dealer group that values leadership and longevity we want to hear from you.
