The primary responsibilities include assessing patients' physical conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to aid recovery and improve mobility. The Physical Therapist will monitor and record patient progress, educate patients and their families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care and outcomes. If desired, we have the opportunity to grow into the Clinical Director of this facility after the first 90-days of successful onboarding and training. QualificationsExperience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and implementing physical therapy interventionsStrong skills in physical therapy techniques, exercise programs, and rehabilitation methodsAbility to educate patients and their families on maintaining progress and achieving health goalsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative team skillsDoctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited programActive license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of FloridaProficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient recordsExperience working in a clinical setting is preferred but not required
