Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Holder role located in Honolulu, HI. The Key Holder will assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing the sales floor, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include driving sales, building relationships with clientele, maintaining store presentation, and mentoring team members. Additionally, you will uphold company policies, contribute to achieving sales targets, and act as a supportive leader in the absence of store management. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, and ability to provide exceptional customer experiencesStrong leadership skills to support, mentor, and inspire team membersAbility to handle operational responsibilities, including inventory management and opening/closing proceduresStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in retail software and familiarity with luxury brands or similar high-end retail.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidaysPassion for fashion and understanding of the MCM brand identityHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in retail or fashion are a plus.
