Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Beverage Server based in Morgan Hill, CA. The Event Beverage Server will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, at events. Key tasks include setting up and breaking down bar stations, managing inventory, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional guest service. The Event Beverage Server will work closely with event staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Qualifications Expertise in beverage preparation, mixology, and serving drinksKnowledge of sanitation, safety protocols, and proper handling of glassware and bar equipmentStrong customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor and the ability to interact with diverse guests professionallyTeamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with event staff under fast-paced conditionsAttention to detail and the ability to manage inventory efficientlyA valid food handler's permit and alcohol server certification (TIPS certification preferred)Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or event settings is highly desirableFlexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
