Assist guests with room reservations, packages, and special requests while upselling like a natural storyteller, not a salesperson. Provide accurate information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions (be their unofficial San Diego guide). Navigate reservation systems efficiently and keep records clean, organized, and error-free. Handle changes, cancellations, and guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset. Collaborate with front office and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out. QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, reservations, call center, or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident (bonus points for bilingual ability). Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn reservation systems and software. A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and the ability to stay cool under pressure. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
