This is a 24/7, 365-days-a-year service that makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve.Location/Schedule:179 Hidden Hills Road, Milledgeville, GA - 1 - full-time shift - Monday - Friday- 3pm-11pm and Every Other Weekends, and 1- part-time opening to work all shifts when needed.Key Responsibilities:Monitor client behavior, report progress, and intervene in crisis situations using approved Mindset de-escalation techniques.Provide individualized support and guidance to clients based on assessed needs.Document all interactions and services provided in client/unit records promptly and accurately.
